April 22, 2008 · Leave a Comment

Ninth -twelfth graders from Trinity Institute, Albany, Schenectady, Troy and Hudson High Schools spent the day at Albany Law School on Monday, April 21, 2008.

Students attended mock college classes, mock law classes, a seminar on preparing for college, learned about the law school admissions process, and explored their career possibilities in the field of law.

Albany County District Attorney P. David Soares ‘99 spent lunchtime with the  100+ students and Attorney Kenneth Standard, Partner, Epstein Becker & Green, NYC , hosted the day.

The day aligned with Albany Law School’s “pipeline” efforts to introduce the prospect of law school at an early age to populations underrepresented as lawyers.

This event was sponsored by the New York State Bar Association and Albany Law School .
